Eating nutritious and healthful meals is an essential part of self-care that can help to reduce anxiety.
Based on research, anxiety raised in Americans under 50 in the ten years leading up to 2018, with young adults being the worst impacted. As per the Study, it surged during the epidemic, causing adult obesity to nearly double.
Eating health-promoting meals is one approach to managing overall anxiety. Eating nutritious and healthful meals is the central part of self-care to reduce stress. • Turmeric

• Brazil nuts
Selenium, an antioxidant with anti-inflammatory effects, is plentiful in these nuts. With anxiety, inflammation often gets elevated; thus, lowering it might improve mood. Brazil nuts are also critical in vitamin E, which can alleviate mood and anxiety.
• Dark chocolate-covered cherries
However, for various reasons, this combination is an anxiety-relieving powerhouse. Cherries are ample in magnesium and quercetin, a flavonoid with soothing properties. Dark chocolate can also aid reduce anxiety because of its magnesium concentration, antioxidants, and tryptophan.
