My journey as a pioneer in the healthy food restaurant industry and an entrepreneur commenced at a very young age. At just 21, in my final year of college, a college friend and I embarked on an entrepreneurial endeavor, becoming the master franchise for Brazil of Salad Creations, a pioneering Floridian brand in the industry.
For more than 15 years in this dynamic industry, remaining relevant to our clients and partners has been both a challenge and a source of immense fulfillment. I've come to appreciate the necessity of dynamism, creativity, and humility to thrive in this ever-evolving landscape. Success in this realm demands more than just a linear approach; it requires constant attention, adaptability, and a willingness to evolve. Listening to clients', shareholders', and colleagues' needs is crucial, but trusting one's instincts and expertise is equally important.
